The 3MIT-2024 (3 Minute Industrial Training) competition was successfully hosted on June 14th, 2024, at gapHQ, Colombo 07. This notable event was collaboratively organized by FOUNTAIN and the Industrial Placement Office, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Ruhuna.
The annual event, dedicated to promoting university-industry collaborations through graduate internships, brought together talented graduates and industry professionals in a dynamic setting. Students had the valuable opportunity to showcase their talents, engage with industry professionals, and gain insights into their future careers.
From inspiring presentations and interactive speeches to meaningful networking sessions, 3MIT-2024 proved to be a resounding success. The competition recognized exceptional internship projects with Ms. U.T. Sewwandi claiming the first place, while Ms. M.A. Samaraweera and Ms. A.M.E.R. Bandara secured the second and third places respectively.
The FOUNTAIN team of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Ruhuna extends their sincere gratitude to everyone who participated and contributed to making this event memorable.
