Industry Partnerships and Collaboration

National Industry Collaborations
The Faculty maintains strong partnerships with leading agricultural firms across Sri Lanka, including key players in agribusiness, plantations, and sustainable farming organizations. Through these collaborations, students gain invaluable exposure to the local agricultural landscape, learning about Sri Lankan agronomy, value chains, and export-focused agriculture.
Global Industry Collaborations
To enhance global employability, the Faculty has extended its partnerships to international agricultural organizations such as the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), the International Rice Research Institute (IRRI), and various agri-tech firms across Europe, North America, and Asia. These collaborations open doors for students to engage in global agricultural projects, focusing on sustainability, innovation, and the adoption of cutting-edge technologies.
