Lead Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Representative

About this role:

Wells Fargo is looking for a Lead Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Representative. The analyst will be supporting Prescreening and Underwriting groups (Multifamily Capital, Real Estate Securitization and Capital Markets) and providing the various items to the reviewer/onshore team according to the predetermined quality.

In this function, you will:

Evaluate complex monetary performance of debtor and guarantor based on a range of aspects and identifying an appropriate risk rating, both qualitative and quantitative; this would include review of financial declarations and compare it versus Commercial Realty standards

Analyze historical capital and developing proforma based on historical efficiency of the residential or commercial property and relevant market data

Evaluate existing leases within the residential or commercial property to figure out possible effect on capital by examining for significant clauses, such as termination choices and go dark

Review loan files and summarize significant realities of the loan and continuous covenants (both financial and non-financial) to be maintained by the debtor

Perform market research study of genuine estate utilizing different third-party applications and compare efficiency of subject residential or commercial property against market data to draw conclusion of overall efficiency

Required Qualifications:

Job Expectations:

6+ years of total experience in Commercial Real Estate Industry – Prescreening and Underwriting for all industrial residential or commercial property types (MFC, RESCM).

6+ years of underwriting mortgage experience in standard & FHA products.

Strong knowledge in Government Sponsored Entities (Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac) and their underwriting treatments.

Strong Knowledge in Commercial Real Estate domain.

Ability to check out, understand and manufacture data relating to residential or commercial property performance/ market related info from multiple sources into one prescribed design template.

Strong Knowledge of mortgages, realty market, and monetary financing.

Strong understanding in 3rd celebration files i.e., Appraisal, PCR, ESA, Flood Determination.

Excellent English understanding and composed interaction skills.

Master Degree in Accounting and Finance.
